Kelsey Packwood is a multi-multi-hyphenate Jamaican-American Writer, Director, Producer, & Actor based in Los Angeles, California. Kelsey is the writer & creator of BORDERLINE a half-hour traumedy scripted series based on her lived experience with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Kelsey’s directorial debut of BORDERLINE premiered at Sony Pictures January 16, 2025. Since premiering Kelsey has launched “The Borderline North American Tour” (2025-2026) to screen the film with BPD experts across the country including Harvard & McLean’s Dr. Blaise Aguirre. All screenings are held in partnership with The National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder.
An alum of the Disney/ABC Discovers Diversity Showcase, Kelsey’s past work includes Writer’s Assistant/Showrunner’s Assistant for Robert Padnick & Dan Mirk on Season 4 of TBS’ Miracle Workers alongside Executive Producers, Daniel Radcliffe & Steve Buscemi. Other credits include starring roles in the independent feature B.F.E. (Sarasota Film Festival & SIFF), and the Pittsburgh-Based feature Rehabilitation of the Hill opposite Harry Lennix (The Blacklist).
